    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CIRCA ("the App", "the Service"). By accessing or using CIRCA, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    You must:

    • Be at least 18 years old
    • Provide accurate and truthful information
    • Be accepted through CIRCA's application process

    CIRCA reserves the right to deny access.

    2. Membership & Subscriptions

    CIRCA may offer:

    • Free memberships
    • Paid subscriptions (Member, Host, VIP)

    Subscription terms:

    • Fees are billed monthly
    • Payments are non-refundable
    • Prices may change with notice
    • Benefits may evolve over time

    Cancellation stops future billing but does not guarantee continued access.

    3. Access & Availability

    CIRCA does not guarantee:

    • Acceptance to experiences
    • Continued access
    • Feature availability

    Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.

    4. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Follow Community Guidelines
    • Respect other members
    • Use the app lawfully
    • Avoid misuse or abuse of features

    You are responsible for your conduct both inside and outside the app when participating in CIRCA experiences.

    5. Content & Communications

    By using CIRCA, you grant us permission to:

    • Display your profile information to other members
    • Facilitate group chats and communications
    • Use anonymized data to improve the service

    You retain ownership of your content but grant CIRCA a license to use it within the app.

    6. Safety Disclaimer

    CIRCA facilitates introductions and experiences but is not responsible for:

    • Individual behavior
    • Outcomes of interactions
    • Third-party actions

    Users participate at their own discretion.

    7. Termination

    CIRCA may suspend or terminate accounts:

    • For guideline violations
    • For misuse of the platform
    • For behavior that harms the community
    • Without prior notice or explanation

    No refunds are provided upon termination.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIRCA is not liable for:

    • Personal injury
    • Emotional distress
    • Losses resulting from participation
    • User-generated content or conduct

    Use of the Service is at your own risk.

    9. Modifications

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CIRCA constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU, unless otherwise stated.
