    CIRCA is an open social app built around experiences and real-world interactions.

    Come as you are. Make the room better.

    These guidelines exist to protect the quality, safety, and trust of the CIRCA community.

    1. Core Principles

    By using CIRCA, you agree to uphold the following:

    • Respect people, boundaries, and consent
    • Show up as yourself — no impersonation
    • Prioritize quality over attention
    • Behave in a way that makes the room better, not louder

    CIRCA is not a dating app, a marketplace, or a public social feed.

    2. Respect & Conduct

    You must not:

    • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or demean others
    • Make unwanted advances or ignore consent
    • Use hate speech or discriminatory language
    • Pressure others socially, emotionally, or sexually
    • Create unsafe or uncomfortable environments

    Any behavior that compromises trust or safety will result in immediate action.

    3. Privacy & Discretion

    CIRCA is built on mutual trust.

    You must not:

    • Screenshot or record private profiles, chats, or guest lists
    • Share private event details outside the app
    • Publish content involving other members without consent

    Violation of privacy is grounds for immediate removal.

    4. Authenticity

    All members must:

    • Use real identities
    • Represent themselves honestly
    • Use their own photos
    • Maintain accurate information

    Fake accounts, impersonation, or misleading behavior will result in removal without warning.

    5. Events & Experiences

    If you join an experience, you are expected to:

    • Show up on time
    • Respect the host and other guests
    • Follow the stated rules and vibe
    • Leave if asked by a Host or Admin

    Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may result in loss of access.

    6. Hosts & Responsibility

    Hosts are trusted members of CIRCA.

    Hosts must:

    • Bring guests together thoughtfully
    • Maintain balance, safety, and respect
    • Act in the interest of the group, not personal gain

    Host privileges can be revoked at any time.

    7. Reporting & Moderation

    If something feels wrong, report it.

    CIRCA reserves the right to:

    • Review reports
    • Remove content
    • Suspend or terminate accounts
    • Restrict features or access

    Decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

    8. Zero Tolerance Policy

    CIRCA has zero tolerance for:

    • Sexual misconduct
    • Harassment
    • Exploitation
    • Repeated boundary violations

    Accounts may be permanently removed without notice.

    9. Our Right to Protect the Community

    CIRCA is a community built on trust.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Accept or reject any application
    • Remove any user at any time
    • Limit or revoke access without explanation

    Membership is not a right.
